George is the Marijuana Property Specialist in the Investment Sales Group at Rosano Partners CRE. George serves the greater Los Angeles area and works in progressive municipalities that have passed ordinances zoning for medical marijuana uses compliant with MMRSA.
George lived in Colorado from 2010-2015 where he saw how the cannabis industry revolutionized Colorado’s real estate market. In Colorado, he attended Colorado College and worked in state-regulated commercial marijuana cultivation warehouses. His experience as a cultivator and his background in commercial real estate allows him to underwrite properties accurately with systems he has developed to make sense of this emerging market.
He has also been involved in his family’s commercial real estate development company, CORCO, a company specializing in development and redevelopment opportunities in commercial corridors. CORCO spans two generations and developed over 200 million dollars of retail and mixed-use facilities.
