Sagiv is the President and founder of Rosano Partners. In 2006, Sagiv founded his brokerage under a new set of principles: Partnership, Specialization and Full Service. His goal was simple: Create the best full-service real estate firm in California providing a unique array of value-add services. Through hard work, resilience and recruiting a robust team of talented agents, Sagiv set out to redefine the industry. Sagiv remains dedicated to developing lasting business relationships with Commercial Property Owners and Retail Tenants by providing full brokerage services, accurate market analysis, and real-time market information.
Prior to forming Rosano Partners, Sagiv was a top producer at one of the largest commercial real estate firms. Before that, Sagiv was an Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers M&A and Corporate Finance Group in San Francisco and had a career in the Israeli Military. While in the military, Sagiv led, consulted, and managed governmental organization on security issues and covert operations. In addition, Sagiv managed combat infantry unit logistics and operations. He developed strategies on locations, movement, and configuration of troops and heavy military equipment.
Sagiv attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with College Honors in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Chancellor Distinguished Student Award and the UCLA Economics Department Excellence Award. Sagiv is a lecturer at UCLA Extension and teaches Real Estate Market Analysis.
- Brad KrausExecutive Managing Director
Brad brings over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending and advising. With over $2 Billion in real estate debt and equity negotiated and closed, he is intimately involved in every financing assignment at Rosano Partners.
Prior to joining Rosano Partners, Brad was the founding principal of Windward Capital, a real estate capital advisory firm specializing in debt financing, JV & preferred equity, and construction financing across all asset classes. He started his career in New York City as a director of underwriting, placement, and closing with Meridian Capital and then joined Ackman-Ziff as the director of west coast operations. Brad arrived in Los Angeles in 2003 focused on helping middle market sponsors and family offices finance their projects both in the western states & nationwide.
Brad holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU. He earned his BS from Colgate University in history and economics.

Joe El Rady is Executive Managing Director and Head of Research at Rosano Partners, where he maintains research coverage of the global and US economies, macroeconomic trends, and all sectors of the real estate market, formulating investment strategies and recommendations that drive firm and client decisions. As a member of the firm’s executive committee, he also devises, plans, and implements firm-wide strategic direction and growth initiatives.
Mr. El Rady began his finance career at Houlihan Lokey, Wall Street’s preeminent financial restructuring firm. During his time as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey, Mr. El Rady focused on private placements of debt and equity securities in connection with restructuring, refinancing, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital and acquisitions.
After Houlihan Lokey, Mr. El Rady served as Principal with Frontier Group, helping to manage their $1.1billion Asian Private Equity Fund in Hong Kong.
Mr. El Rady is a frequent writer, blogger, lecturer, and speaker on financial and economic issues. He teaches economics and finance at the University of California, Los Angeles, and is working on his first book.
Mr. El Rady spends most of his private time on sports/fitness and also contributes to various causes and charities. He is a former Chief Financial Officer and member of the board of trustees of the Orange County Family Justice Center Foundation.
Mr. El Rady holds an undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School. He wrote an MBA thesis on the development of the California economy. He speaks fluent Arabic, Armenian and Spanish.
