Rosano Partners provides a full suite of training and mentorship for entry level agents along with seasoned veterans. A majority of the training is taught from managers that earned their CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and are able to provide the most effective/accurate methods for analyzing real estate opportunities. Some of the topics covered in the one-week training session are “Best Practices for Prospecting/Presenting Valuations”, “1031 Exchange Review”, “IRR Cash Flow Analysis”, “Evaluating Sales Comparable Data” etc. Our goal is to develop your skills as quickly as possible, so you become an independent broker and avoid becoming a “bone catcher” in a multi months/years training program.

For real estate veterans, training topics may include “The Art of Negotiating”, “Closing Techniques”, “How to Build an Online Presence”, “Maintaining Credibility/Trust” etc. To keep content fresh for all agents, we coordinate periodic guest speakers for “Lunch and Learns”, in addition to ongoing refresher courses in Social Media, Digital Software Programs, CRM Systems, Contracts, Negotiation/Best Practices and State of the Market Updates. Finally, we offer personalized training which includes weekly 1-1 meetings focused on actions items, accountability and executing a business plan.
