TRAINING

Rosano Partners provides a full suite of training and mentorshipfor entry level agents along with seasoned veterans.  A majority of the training is taught from managersthat earned their CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and are ableto provide the most effective/accurate methods for analyzing real estateopportunities.  Some of the topicscovered in the one week training session are “Best Practices for Prospecting/PresentingValuations”, “1031 Exchange Review”, “IRR Cash Flow Analysis”, “EvaluatingSales Comparable Data” etc.  Our goal isto develop your skills as quickly as possible, so you become an independentbroker and avoid becoming a “bone catcher” in a multi months/years trainingprogram. 

For real estate veterans, training topics may include “The Art of Negotiating”, “Closing Techniques”, “How to Build an Online Presence”, “Maintaining Credibility/Trust” etc. To keep content fresh for all agents, we coordinate periodic guest speakers for “Lunch and Learns”, in addition to ongoing refresher courses in Social Media, Digital Software Programs, CRM Systems, Contracts, Negotiation/Best Practices and State of the Market Updates. Finally, we offer personalized training which includes weekly 1-1 meetings focused on actions items, accountability and executing a business plan.
