Megumi is a Rosano Partners Leasing Agent covering Hollywood and West Hollywood as it is the area she knows, loves and lives in. Megumi developed strong enduring relationships with Landlords and Tenants in her market. This allows her to reduce vacancy time on space she represents and find the best possible tenant for the space. She also represents top tenants, including famous designers, high-end restaurants, casual sit-down restaurants, clubs, hair stylists and many other businesses in her market.

Prior to joing Rosano Partners, Megumi has worked as a Residential Sales Agent for Bulldog Realtors , a Lease-Up Specialist for Alliance Residential and a Loan Officer. Based on her experience at Alliance, Megumi developed a strong expertise in understanding the specific needs of tenants and how to best accommodate them. Megumi made the transition from residential to commercial tenant and landlord representation because her true passion is to work with businesses allowing them to expand faster, and improve their efficiency in their daily operations.

Megumi is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans where she majored in Communications and minored in Philosophy. She is an alumna of Barack Obama's alma matter, Punahou School in Honolulu.
