Edgar is a Rosano Partners Industrial Real Estate Specialist with areas of responsibility from West Los Angeles to Central Los Angeles. Edgar focuses on representing and marketing industrial space. His unique marketing techniques and abilities and talent for guerilla marketing significantly reduce the time on the market for properties he leases and sells. In addition, Edgar represents major industrial tenants who refer to him because of his capacity to find the right deal at the right price.

Prior to working with Rosano Partners, Edgar was a Property Supervisor with NCR, Inc. His main responsibilities were core Property Management; Due Diligence Manager; Property Acquisitions Manager; Asset Manager; and Maintenance Manager. He managed over 80 commercial facilities nationwide, and was the go-to person for the Executive Director of the company. Edgar developed great professional relationships with Landlords and Tenants, and always handled negotiations in a win-win manner. In the 2 years working for NCR, Edgar successfully completed over 30 commercial transactions totaling over $25 million.

Being extremely organized and very results-oriented are his main attributes. While with NCR, Edgar managed many project acquisitions and important deadlines. Effectively communicating and working together with other major real estate players as well as Real Estate Brokers, Attorneys, Lenders, Insurance Brokers, Escrow Officers, Title Representatives, Architects, Environmental Consultants, Surveyors, etc. was essential to achieve smooth and successful closure of his commercial real estate transactions.

Credentials

Edgar attended the University of California, Berkeley where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and a Minor in City Planning. In addition to his excellent academic experience at UC Berkeley, Edgar also completed the General Business Studies with Concentration in Real Estate program at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Edgar is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Notary Public.
