Rosano Partners was founded in 2006 with the mission to provide a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management platform to underserved markets in the Greater Los Angeles area. Through utilizing its proven track record, collaborative team environment, diversity and first to market with technological integration. Rosano seeks to become the next generation commercial real estate firm.

Rosano has built a diverse brokerage to expand its reach to minorities. Today, the Company represents 13 languages, multiple ethnicities, cultures, creeds and neighborhoods. As the brokerage expanded, Rosano Partners invested and established its headquarters at the BLOC to capitalize on the revitalization of downtown Los Angeles. Collectively, tenancy is vital to the city’s rebirth and they are thrilled to be a part of the new urban living landscape. As the city continues to support mixed-use developments and the businesses that anchor these projects, DTLA will remain the home base for Rosano Partners.

History

A successful commercial real estate professional and Investment Banker for 13 years and counting, Sagiv Rosano was disenchanted with the corporate culture at the larger commercial real estate firms. Seeking an environment where he could progress both professionally and personally, Rosano set out to create a firm built on its people and their principles. His goal was simple, create a full service brokerage services based on true partnerships with clients, with the specialization to execute complex transactions by leveraging best in class technologies with multiple channels of marketing.

In 2002, Sagiv founded Rosano Associates; later in 2006, incorporated as a new entity, Rosano Partners. With a new brand and an exciting business plan, Rosano focused on the underserved markets in the Greater Los Angeles area. With the thriving community acting as the cornerstone of RP’s overall mission, Rosano built a diverse brokerage to expand our reach. Today, we represent 13 languages, multiple ethnicities, cultures, creeds and neighborhoods . As our team expands and we onboard more talent, we continue to create specialized service offerings.
