Professional Experience
Christopher is a Director of Rosano Partners' Industrial Investment Sales Group with a primary area of responsibility in Downtown Los Angeles. Christopher's vision of how to bring value to his clients revolves around an aggressive and ambitious approach to marketing and deal making, resulting in a higher sale price and shorter sale cycle. At present, Christopher is brokering distressed commercial assets representing both lenders and borrowers on a deal by deal basis in order to help remedy defaults, negotiate with lenders, or sell the asset.
The basis to Christopher's value-add is a relentless approach to locate the right property or the right buyer which is sure to render clients nothing short of satisfied. Christopher's results-oriented drive and thoroughness are his main attributes. He has a keen ability to combine an unparalleled work ethic with efficiency.
Christopher passion for real estate began early on while traveling abroad and experiencing varied styles of architecture and design from country to country. His original interest in real estate was centered around boutique hotels and the experience one can have when style and service are properly combined.
In his spare time, Christopher enjoys being on the ocean in any capacity but especially while fishing. He makes every effort possible to head to the ocean when time permits.
Prior to joining Rosano Partners, Christopher worked on Industrial deals in the Silicon Valley. He researched sales comparables and tracked notices of default to support the execution of medium size R&D transactions.
Credentials:
Christopher came to California from New England to attended Santa Clara University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, a Bachelor of Arts in German with honors, and a minor in International Studies in three years. Christopher served as the Vice President of Administration for Alpha Kappa Psi, the oldest and largest professional business fraternity.
