Responsibilities are to initiate, broker and execute leasing transactions and include:

Research leasing comps in commercial properties

Analyze & prepare proposals to clients and prospects

Lead the marketing of current and future deals

Create for lease offering memorandums

The ideal candidate is a recent grad and must demonstrate the following:

1-2 years experience in leasing commercial real estate

Analytical, negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Superior sales and phone skills

High integrity & strong customer focus

Self motivated (very important) requiring minimal supervision

Desire to earn a six-figure income

Excellent technology skills and a positive attitude to learn new applications is a must
