Fernando Hernandez is a Broker-Associate with Rosano Partners – Retail Services Group – focusing in the Southeast Los Angeles area. Beginning his career in residential real estate he gained the knowledge and experience in property acquisition & disposition, property analysis, and C.A.R. contracts.

With over half a decade as a sales agent, Fernando decided to further his career by obtaining his California broker’s license. Successfully accomplishing his goal he decided to add property management to his list of accomplishments. Owning and operating a small but successful property management company, Fernando built a strong background in tenant/owner relationships. With his resilient foundation and experience, property owners came to rely on his high energy, diligence, and knowledge in selling, purchasing, and tenant/landlord representation.

Since then, Fernando has decided to tackle yet another task and transition into commercial real estate. Being bilingual in English and Spanish, he has helped business owners easily connect within the Hispanic community. As a Southeast Los Angeles native, he has a strong understanding of what tenants and landlords are looking for in the area..

Why Commercial Real Estate?
I chose commercial real estate because of the abundance of possibilities one has to become a huge success. When comparing it to residential, it is much more of a rush to put a commercial deal together.

Your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of my job is that I help someone solve a problem. Whether it’s a business owner that needs assistance in expanding or relocating, or if it’s a building owner who needs to fill in his vacancy as soon as possible.

Why Rosano Partners?
I chose Rosano Partners because of the team unity and support you have when you join the team. Everyone works together and helps each other out when needed. The culture there is like no other. You feel as if you have a second family away from home. The training and support from management is excellent. They make sure you are well trained in your area of expertise before you go out on your own.

Why LA?
I was born in El Monte, CA and raised in Pico Rivera, CA. I am of Mexican descent. We originate from Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico.

My prize winning dish would most definitely be Fettuccine Alfredo with sautéed shrimp and steak.
