Efren Valdovinos is a community oriented individual with a professional background in business, government and non-profit organizations. His mission at Rosano Partners is to help clients achieve their investment goals and reach beyond. He provides custom sales strategies, and highly-targeted marketing. He develops customized marketing campaigns for each property he sells utilizing the best technologies while addressing the differences in each market he serves.
Mr. Valdovinos’ work history includes serving as a Project Manager for the City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office, a Field Deputy for a U.S. Representative, and as a Field Representative for a California Assembly member.
Most recently he operated a wholesale trade business specializing in Hispanic grocery and candy products. Located in downtown Los Angeles, a thirty thousand square foot warehouse, this enterprise further developed Efren’s business acumen.
A native of Los Angeles, Efren earned a Bachelors of Sociology from Long Beach State University and is real estate licensed. He is looking forward to honing his profession by utilizing the knowledge gained from USC’s Ross program. He is also an entrepreneur developing his own projects and plans to obtain a masters degree in the near future.
His personal time is spent with his children and family. His hobbies are golfing, snowboarding; following the business of fútbol and all Los Angeles teams, especially the L.A. Galaxy.

How did you choose commercial real estate as your career path? As your career developed, did you begin to specialize in one area of commercial real estate?
My career path in commercial real estate began as an evolution of my professional work. My work history has equipped to deal with all members of communities and industries while meeting the needs of principals’ goals. Currently I’m specializing in the multifamily market to inaugurate my commercial real estate career.
What is your best real estate story?
Procured funds from the City of Los Angeles for the development of a non-profit family service complex in Los Angeles. It provides recreation areas and activities, family counseling, computer and financial literacy workshops are some of their services.
