Questions / Answers
In Edward’s words…
Why Commercial Real Estate?
I started working in sales at a car dealership in Santa Barbara selling new and used Ford vehicles when I was 18. I knew it wasn’t my passion, because my mind was always lingering on investments. The idea that people could take a $100 and turn it into a fortune was something I always found fascinating. I watched so many Wall Street movies that I thought I wanted to be a stockbroker, until one of my mentors swayed me into Real Estate. He told me the market works in cycles and that 2012 would be the best time to get started.
Why Rosano Partners?
Rosano Partners was a good fit because of the leadership and culture. I connected with the integrity and vision of the company, and was won over by the training the company offers.
