Edward Caballero is an Investment Sales Specialist at Rosano Partners focusing on Multi-family in Koreatown and Echo Park. He is part of the Investment Sales Group at Rosano Partners. This group focuses on consulting and recommending investment strategies to help customers meet specific goals.

Edward attended the University of California in Santa Barbara where he majored in Psychology. He was involved in various on-campus clubs and business associations that promoted networking and entrepreneurship such as the Student Entrepreneurs Association and Latino Business Student Association. He also helped in starting the Delta Sigma Pi-Rho Sigma Chapter at UCSB.

Why Commercial Real Estate?

I started working in sales at a car dealership in Santa Barbara selling new and used Ford vehicles when I was 18. I knew it wasn’t my passion, because my mind was always lingering on investments. The idea that people could take a $100 and turn it into a fortune was something I always found fascinating. I watched so many Wall Street movies that I thought I wanted to be a stockbroker, until one of my mentors swayed me into Real Estate. He told me the market works in cycles and that 2012 would be the best time to get started.
