Sagiv founded Rosano Partners in 2006 using a new set of principles: Partnership, Specialization, and Full Service. His goal was simple – create the best full-service real estate firm in California by providing a unique array of value-add services. Relying on hard work, resilience, and a robust team of talented agents, Sagiv set out to redefine the industry. Today, Sagiv remains dedicated to those same ideals by developing lasting business relationships with Commercial Property Owners and Retail Tenants by offering full brokerage services, accurate market analysis, and real-time market information.

 

Prior to the formation of Rosano Partners, Sagiv was a top producer at one of the largest commercial real estate firms in Los Angeles. Before that, Sagiv was an Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers M&A and Corporate Finance Group in San Francisco. Sagiv served in the Israeli military, where he led, consulted, and managed a governmental organization on security issues and covert operations along with combat infantry unit logistics and operations. He developed strategies on locations, movement, and configuration of troops and heavy military equipment, an apt foundation for his career in real estate.

 

Sagiv graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a BA degree with Honors in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. Upon graduation, he received the Chancellor’s Distinguished Student Award as well as the UCLA Economics Department Excellence Award. Sagiv currently lecturers at UCLA Extension and teaches Real Estate Market Analysis at USC.

Joe El Rady is the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Research at Rosano Partners, where he maintains research coverage of the global and US economies, macroeconomic trends, and all sectors of the real estate market, formulating investment strategies and recommendations that drive firm and client decisions. As a member of the firm’s executive committee, he is responsible for planning and implementing firm-wide strategic direction and growth initiatives.

 

Joe began his finance career at Houlihan Lokey, Wall Street’s preeminent financial restructuring firm. During his time as an investment banker there, Joe focused on private placements of debt and equity securities in connection with restructuring, refinancing, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital, and acquisitions. After Houlihan Lokey, he served as Principal with Frontier Group, helping to manage their $1.1 Billion Asian Private Equity Fund in Hong Kong.

 

Joe is a frequent writer, blogger, lecturer, and speaker on financial and economic issues. He teaches economics and finance at the University of California, Los Angeles, and is working on his first book. When he’s not writing, he enjoys sports/fitness and also contributes to various causes and charities. He is a former Chief Financial Officer and member of the board of trustees of the Orange County Family Justice Center Foundation.

 

Joe holds an undergraduate degree with honors from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School. He wrote an MBA thesis on the development of the California economy. In addition to English, Joe speaks fluent Arabic, Armenian, and Spanish.
